What data we process and why
When you fill in the contact form, or write or call us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you give us: name, email, phone, the address of the property and the content of your message. We use it to:
- Reply to your request and prepare a quote for you.
- If you accept the quote, provide the service you hire (technical project, activity report or energy certificate) and meet the related legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Legal basis
- Handling your quote request: your consent when you send the form or contact us (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and taking pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b).
- Providing the service, if you hire it: the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
- Google Ads advertising and measurement cookies: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see the cookie policy).
How long we keep the data
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you hire us, for the duration of the contract. After that we keep it blocked for the limitation periods of the applicable legal and tax liabilities, and then delete it.
Recipients
We do not sell or pass on your data to third parties for their own purposes. The providers we use to run the site and manage requests may access it as processors, only to provide us with their service:
- Vercel Inc.: website hosting.
- Resend: sending the email with the form requests.
- Google (Google Workspace): corporate email.
- Public authorities and bodies, where the law requires us to disclose data, and the bodies where the documents you commission are filed.
International transfers
Some of these providers are established in the United States or process data there. Transfers rely on the safeguards in chapter V of the GDPR, such as the adequacy decision for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the controller's email above and identifying yourself. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security and third-party data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. If you give us data about other people (for example, the owner of the property), you declare that you are entitled to do so.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
